Our new opening hours are from 10am until 7pm, Mondays to Sundays.
Session times are as follows:
Session 1:- 10:15 - 11:45
Session 2:- 12:15 - 13:45
Session 3:- 14:15 - 15:45
Session 4:- 16:15 - 17:45
To ensure you and our staff remain safe, we have introduced a range of new health and safety measures that will seek to reduce risk associated with presence of COVID-19 and are in line with government advice:
Masks should be worn by anyone aged 11 years old and over.
Hand Sanitiser should be used upon entry & exit.
Capacity has been reduced to 40% (adults & children), per play session.
All adult entrants are charged at £2 per person.
A maximum of 2 accompanying adults are permitted per booking.
Play sessions are pre-bookable and set at designated timeslots for up to 60 minutes of play.
Soft Play will close after each play session for a full clean of the area.
Tables and chairs must not be moved from their assigned position. Only members from the same household/booking should sit together.
Social distancing must be observed at all times and the one way entry/exit routes adhered to.
The ball pits and movable blocks have temporarily been removed as per guidance from BALPPA.
