Photo & Video Release Form (External Use)

Purpose:
Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd. (“BNAE”) may wish to use photographs or video footage featuring you for promotional and marketing purposes.

These materials may appear in printed publications, on websites, social media, or in press activity related to BNAE and its brands.

Consent:
I hereby grant BNAE permission to use my image, likeness, or voice captured in photographs or video recordings for the above purposes.

I understand that:

• My full name will not be published without explicit additional consent.

• No personal contact information will ever be shared publicly.

• I will not receive payment or royalties for use of this material.

• I may withdraw consent at any time by emailing marketing@bandainamco.co.uk and BNAE will make reasonable efforts to cease further use of the content.
