They can burn off that excess energy and you can let them, knowing that they’re in a safe environment while you get to enjoy the rare chance to sit down, have a tea or a coffee and just be adults while they’re being kids.

Soft Play

Our PAC-MAN themed soft play centre is a bright, colourful and fun space for kids to safely go wild, enjoying all of the tunnels, slides and obstacles while their parents enjoy the peace and quiet of a Costa Coffee. You can book up to 90 minutes of play at a time, which should be enough to tire out even the most active kid.

 

The rates are as follows:

 

Off Peak:

Monday to Friday (excluding school holidays)

£4.50 per child

£2 per adult/under 1’s

One free tea or coffee per adult entry and a squash per child

 

Peak:

Saturday & Sunday (School/bank holidays)

£5.50 per child

£2 per adult/under 1’s

Our opening hours are from 10am until 5.30pm (Last session entry will be 4pm), Monday to Sunday. 

 

We are operating four 90min sessions:

10.00am - 11.30am

12.00am - 1.30pm

2.00pm - 3.30pm

4.00pm - 5.30pm

Everything They Need to Run Wild, Safely

What do kids love so much about soft play? It’s the chance to run, to jump, to slide, to crawl, to climb and it’s all right here in our soft play areas. There’s plenty to explore, new friends to meet, lots of fun to have and even the chance to learn as they go. And best of all, you can be confident that they’re safe while they’re having fun.

All adult entrants are charged at £2 per person.

A maximum of 4 accompanying adults are permitted per booking. 

Play sessions are pre-bookable and set at designated timeslots for up to 90 minutes of play.

  • We serve a delicious menu of food and drinks at our diners, bars and restaurants – take a look at the menu on your local venue’s page to see what you fancy. Costa Coffee is available at most of our venues, and Clyde's Bar & Grill restaurant is located at NAMCO Funscape Tamworth.

  • Only food and drink purchased from the locations can be consumed on the premises.

  • Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that any of our food products are free from nuts, seeds or other allergens. If you have any special dietary requirements, you are welcome to bring your own home-prepared food, but please tell the team at the venue that is what you’re doing.

    We have some vegetarian options, and if booking a big party that requires special catering, halal or kosher food for example, we are happy to accommodate via external specialist caterers.

  • In the first instance, please speak to the duty manager who will be happy to hear any feedback or help with a complaint. If you wish to speak to our Head Office, you can email on enquiries@bandainamco.co.uk

  • Just call the venue and let them know. Where deposits have been taken, these cannot be refunded.

  • The soft play facilities are available to any child aged between one and eight years (11 years at Braintree), and under 149cm.

  • We love children’s birthday parties and are well known for the great fun all children have at NAMCO Funscape. To find out what is on offer at your local venue, go to their page on the website or find them on the Party page. All parties are catered, hosted and have bowling games included with a party pack, containing all the information you need, plus invitations. Food and gifts vary across the sites so please check with your local venue for the options.
